この記事では、「特殊な用途でフローレスレジンを使用している」一風変わったレジンワークをご紹介します。
❖KAMELEON
モーターサイクル専門ペイントファクトリー「カメレオン」では、世界最高峰の技術で高品質な塗装を提供しています。
独自で生み出した3Dペイントという技法にて、塗装内部の1㎜にも満たない凹凸で陰影を作り出し、エンボス加工された金属の質感を再現するなど立体的な表現にこだわりがあります。
❖エポキシ樹脂
その立体的な表現へのこだわりから更なる奥行きを求め、厚いクリア層を成形することが出来るエポキシ樹脂の使用を決めました。
バイクのタンクに巧みなレジンワークを施し、まるでエンブレムが宙に浮いているかのような3D表現で、カスタムペイントやレジンアートの枠を超えた唯一無二のカスタムタンクを製作しています。

❖黄変しにくく、透明度の高いエポキシ樹脂
・クラフト用フローレスレジン
特徴：手のひらサイズの立体作品に最適な最も扱いやすいレジンで、サラサラで混ぜやすく気泡抜けが良い。

・注型用フローレスレジン
特徴：レジンテーブルなど大きな作品に使用される超低発熱レジンで、大きな厚みのある作品も一度で流し込みが出来る。

特徴：最も硬化速度が速く硬度が高いレジンで、硬く薄い層を作りたい時に適しています。

Through their original “3D painting” method, they create shading with surface irregularities less than 1 mm inside the paint layer, faithfully reproducing the texture of embossed metal and pursuing a strong sense of three-dimensional expression.
❖ Epoxy Resin
Driven by their passion for dimensional expression and seeking even greater depth, they decided to use epoxy resin, which allows the formation of thick, clear layers.
By skillfully applying resin work to motorcycle tanks, they create custom tanks that feature a one-of-a-kind 3D look, making the emblems appear to float in midair — transcending the boundaries of custom painting and resin art.
